Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
Our Laundry Lady & Emma collab giveaway is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years and over, excluding employees and immediate family members of The Laundry Lady.
Entry:
- To enter the giveaway, participants must follow @laundrylady_nz and @emma_plus_her_babes on Instagram.
- Participants must like the giveaway post and tag at least one friend in the comments section to be eligible.
- Answer all questions of our entry form in this page.
- Only one entry per person is allowed. Additional entries will be disqualified.
- Important: our services are now available in Auckland, Christchurch, Nelson, Hamilton, Pukekohe and Gulf Harbour, with more locations to come.
Giveaway Period:
- The giveaway begins on the 29th of June and ends on the 2nd of September, at 11:59pm.
Entries submitted before or after the giveaway period will not be eligible for participation.
Prize:
One (1) lucky winner will be selected at random to win a $250 Laundry Lady gift voucher, which will be sent via email.
Winner Selection:
- The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
- The winner will be announced on the 3rd of September via Instagram and blog post.
- The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize. Failure to do so will result in the selection of an alternate winner
- Important: our services are now available in Auckland, Christchurch, Nelson, Hamilton, Pukekohe and Gulf Harbour, with more locations to come.
Prize Delivery:
- The prize will be delivered to the winner’s email address. The voucher can be used according to their preferences and services’ availability.
Publicity:
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow The Laundry Lady to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation
General Conditions:
- The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- The Laundry Lady reserves the right to disqualify any participant found tampering with the entry process or violating these terms and conditions.
- The decision of the brand regarding winner selection and prize distribution is final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
