- Customise your booking: Add a note when booking to let your Laundry Lady or Lad know about any special requests. For example, you can ask for line-drying, specific laundry products, or stain removal.
Preparing for laundry pickup

Delivery back to your door

- Fast turnaround: We aim for a next-day service. This means you get your laundry back clean and fresh approximately 24-48 hours after collection.
- Payment: After your items are weighed and processed, you will receive an invoice. Payment is made easily online via credit/debit card before the clean laundry is returned.
