Our all-new Referral Program is easy. Simply refer a friend or family member (as many as you like!) on booking, and if they book a service, you both get a discount.

How it Works
STEP 1: Book a service, refer a friend or family
You’ll receive a booking completed email with all the referral details and your unique referral link 48 hours after your service is completed.
To refer someone, simply enter your friends’ or family members’ email addresses in the referral section when booking.
Refer 1 or 20 – as many as you like!
STEP 2: They book and save
Your friend and/or family member receives $15 off their first service when they book using your referral.
STEP 3: YOU get rewarded with $15 OFF!
Once your friend’s booking is complete and paid, you’ll receive a $15 reward voucher via email within 7 days to use on your next booking.
Terms and Conditions
- To create a referral offer and earn referral rewards as a customer, you will need to be an existing customer with a completed booking.
- To use a referral discount you must be a new customer that hasn’t previously used The Laundry Lady services.
- Referred customers will receive $15 off their first service.
- Referring customers receive a $15 reward for each completed referral. Reward vouchers are generated and emailed to the customer 7 days after a referred customer booking is paid.
- No limit for referring customers.
- No limit for reward vouchers that can be used per service or invoice.
- Referral rewards expire after 90 days.

There’s no limit to how many people a customer can refer, and referring customers can use multiple reward vouchers on the same service or invoice – however, new customers can only use one $15 referral discount on their first booking.
